Getting a little older, missing football? Why not come along and try out Walking Football?

This highly successful community programme was originally created back in 2017 with funding from the National League Trust and our Community partner Dacorum Age UK. Since it's inception it has expanded beyond our widest hopes. With all the physical & mental health and social benefits available to all in Dacorum and the surrounding area.

Since 2020 we have become a self funding members club with members in their 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's, so you are never too old!

Why not come long, give it a try and see if it is for you? The sessions are held in a fun and friendly environment with a warm up, training games and a cool down - everything is done in a professional manner!

The club run two training sessions each week, however from the 1st March 24, for 6 weeks we are adding a third session on a Friday as a trial to gain more members. These are at our home venue at the Focus Community Arena, Hemel Hempstead Town FC in Vauxhall Road:

Wednesday's: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Friday's: 12:30pm - 1:30pm (March 1st to April 12th as a trial)

In addition to the training sessions, the club take part in competitive fixtures in the Walking Football National Cup and a more local competitions the Middlesex FA -West Region and the In this competition we send teams at 50+,  60+ and 65+ age groups, in the Thames Valley Walking Football League we have the 65+ age group to represent the club.
