About the role:

 

At Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club we prioritise the safety of our loyal supporters and are therefore we are looking to boost the security operations of a match day by recruiting match day stewards to our growing team. Experience is advantageous within your application but training can be provided on site.

 

Saturday and Tuesday Home matchdays only (Subject to changes and public holidays)

 

The role involves key aspects such as :

• Crowd Management - Maintaining order and safety of supporters, direction of foot-traffic and reporting of anti-social and suspicious behaviour.

• Gate Checks - Confirming that supporters and guests entering the Focus Community Arena are in hold of a correct ticket/accreditation, as well as producing secure back checks when required.

• Communication - Clearly and effectively communicate with a diverse range of people, including providing verbal instructions and handling complaints.

• Health and safety - Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures and have the ability to identify and respond to potential risks.

• Customer Service - Supporting and directing guests around the ground, assisting with any queries they may have.
