SAMUEL ADENOLA

Samuel Adenola was another player who joined Lee Allinson in moving from Hendon to Hemel Hempstead Town FC. With the right back position up for competition, Adenola was able to become a mainstay in the position, showcasing his ability in both the attacking and defensive phase of play alongside his consistency across the 23 league games he played in during the 2024/25 campaign.

Whilst there could have been doubts of whether the step up from Step 3 to Step 2 would be too much, Adenola was quick to silence these doubters, scoring a goal on his debut in a 3-0 victory over Weymouth. Since this game, Adenola has been a key player in Lee Allinson’s system.

With Allinson’s game plan being primarily focused on the ability to perform with quality as in both attack and defence, Adenola demonstrates these qualities as an excellent one vs one defender as well as a threat going forward and creating overloads on the right hand side.

Having risen through the non league pyramid, Samuel Adenola was itching to continue his spell with the Tudors, announcing his commitment to the 25/26 season before the conclusion of the previous campaign. Ahead of this season, Adenola will look to continue to showcase his qualities as a right back as he continues to develop.
