WELCOME TO THE TUDORS | Michael Johnson

Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club are delighted to announce the arrival of Goalkeeper, Michael Johnson.

A long standing servant in Hertfordshire, Johnson joins the club following his departure from local rivals St Albans City after spending five seasons at Clarence Park. Impressing for sides such as Hitchin Town and Biggleswade in the early stages of his career, the shot stopper made the move to Essex as he joined Braintree in the summer of 2019. Then to Dagenham and Redbridge before a return back to Hertfordshire in the form of St Albans. Of which he became a stalwart in between the sticks, going on to make over 150 appearances during his time with the Saints.

We are extremely pleased with that Michael has decided to join up with us for the upcoming campaign and look forward to seeing what he can bring whilst playing in a Tudor shirt.
