WELCOME TO THE TUDORS | Lee Angol

Hemel Hempstead Town FC is delighted to announce the arrival of experienced centre-forward Lee Angol, previously of Eastbourne Borough.

As a product of the youth setup at Prem side Tottenham Hotspur, he is notoriously known as a journeyman, with is career spanning many years throughout the EFL and non-league.

Lee joins the Tudors with a wealth of experience throughout the football pyramid, noteably his time at Lincoln City where he helped the side win the League Two title in the 2018/19 season! He caught the eyes of the football league in 2014/15 season while on loan at local National League side Boreham Wood, where he finished as the league's top goalscorer with 25 goals in 39 games - he also helped the side gain promotion.

Lee's best position is centre-forward, with his ability to find space and use his physical attributes and height to gain advantage over defenders. His physical presence also allows him to act as a target man, and he is best known for his brilliant link up play in the final third.
