Hemel Hempstead Town FC are delighted to announce the arrival and signing of defender Jordan Thompson, previously of Weymouth FC.

Starting his playing career in the youth setup in the QPR and Coventry U18s and remaining within the Coventry Team up until July 2021 - featuring in many big games for them over his career, 90' in their FA Cup First Round proper fixture against Walsall, as well as featuring twice for the first team in their 2020/21 Championship campaign.

Jordan Thompson is a tall, strong centre back with a point to prove. Coming up through the ranks of non-league through a series of loans throughout his career, with stints at Barrow, Boreham Wood, Welsh side Wrexham, Solihull, Gloucester, Hereford and Cheshunt, Jordan is looking to make his mark on the National League South this season, staying up and playing Step 2 football.
