Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club is delighted to announce the loan signing of Swansea City U21 youngster Jacob Cook on a loan deal up until January 2027.

Jacob's footballing career has always been in Wales, with his start being part of the Swansea City youth setup all the way up to where he currently features for the U21 side. As an aid to his development, Jacob joined Connor's Quay Nomads, who reside in the top-flight of Welsh Football - with his involvement earning the side a second place finish just 6 points behind eventual champions The New Saints.

Jacob also picked up multiple accolades as a Connor's Quay player, including Nomad of the Month for February, as well as sweeping the End of Season awards with Players' Player of the Season and Manager's Player of the Season. As well as this, his involvement in the squad secured Connor's Quay Nomads European qualification for the 26/27 season.

Jacob was also part of Wales International setup, and was part of the team that qualified for the 2023 European Championships in Budapest - and went on to play in the Finals.

Jacob is an exciting player, with a passion to play and a point to prove at this level - and with more mens football under his belt, we're hoping we can see him flourish in Tudor red!
