Following on from our announcement yesterday evening, we are able to provide a further update regarding our streaming service that we will be offering to all supporters on Saturday. Saturday will be the very first live stream as The Tudors kick off the first home game of the season.
Fans can purchase a match-pass for every Hemel Hempstead Town FC home game, beginning this Saturday via our streaming platform 'InPlayer'. InPlayer is a web-based stream and can be watched on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device via your browser. There is no need to install any app to view.
How do I buy a stream pass?
Follow the link below and click 'Watch Live Stream'. Follow the steps on screen and pay via debit/credit card or paypal. You need to create an account beforehand which will come before making payment. Tickets will go on sale on Friday evening and we will announce via social media when you are able to purchase these.
How much are tickets?
Tickets will be priced at £7.50 per ticket per game
If I'm a season ticket holder can I watch the game for free?
Yes you can! In the next 24 hours we will be emailing all existing season ticket holders a code in which you can use to watch the game. Once you receive this code, you will then be able to use this code for every home game in which we stream. Please note that this code can only be used once on one device per game. If you do not receive you link by 10am on Saturday, please email secretary@hemel.com
How do I watch?
Once you've purchased your match-pass, the game will viewable from 2:45pm. Just click play!
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes, set the match up on your laptop and use a HDMI cable to project the game on to the TV. Once you've set that up click the link below!
Where will the camera be situated?
The camera will be positioned in the usual place in the gantry above the family stand. We are extremely fortunate to have built on our partnership with UCFB and have access to their state of the art broadcast cameras.
Will the stream have commentary?
Yes! Jack Cunningham will be alongside Jack Devonport providing you your match day commentary. Due to the technicalities involved we will not be able to provide our usual Mixlr service.
What other features will there be?
The stream will come with Tudors TV branding and the score for those who may tune in a little bit late

How do I create an account? Step 1. Press the Buy button on the content you wish to watch. Step 2. Press the Register Here button or select the Register option at the top of the form. Step 3. Fill in the form with your Full Name, Email Address andPassword and press the Create account button. You will receive an email confirmation for a successfully created account. To find out how to make a purchase, proceed to the next section.
How do I make a purchase? Step 1. Click on the Buy button on the content you wish to watch and wait for the login form to appear. Login with your credentials (Email and Password). Step 2. Select the desired price option from the dropdown menu. Step 3. Select the payment method: Credit Card. Step 4. Enter the required credit card information. Step 5. Press the Pay button. You will immediately receive access and an email confirming your purchase. In case the page does not load, please press the refresh button.
How do I login and watch? Step 1. Click on the Buy button or on the Login button in the top right corner of the page. Step 2. On the form that appears, enter your login credentials (Email and Password). Step 3. Click on Login.
The page will then refresh and if you have already purchased, the paywall will disappear. If you haven't purchased, please follow the guidelines above on How do I make a purchase.
How do I reset my password? Step 1. Navigate to the login form by clicking on the Buy button or on the “Already have access? Login here with your (brand name) account”link. Step 2.Press the Forgot Password button below the password field on the login screen. Step 3. Enter your Email Address and press the Submit button. Step 4. Leave the tab with the form open. In a new tab check your email for a Tokenthat you can use to update your password. Step 5. Copy and Paste the Token along with your New Password and press the Submit button.
Your password will be updated. Please login with your Email Address and new Password. If you do not receive a password reset tokenplease visit our Support Center.
