Last Meeting: The Tudors travelled to Arbour Park just before Christmas to face The Rebels. Unfortunately coming away with a loss after goals from Minhas and Goddard made the difference between the two sides and the game ended 2-0 to the hosts.

Slough Town FC were founded in 1890 after three teams combined to make Slough FC, these teams were Swifts, Slough Albion and Slough FC.
Fast forward to the 1980s where The Rebels finished in the automatic promotion places in the Isthmian League which gained them promotion to the Conference South for the first time in the clubs history.
The Rebels played in this league until 1998 when a consortium that owned the club decided that they didn't want to invest in the ground and therefore the club was relegated to the Isthmian League Premier Division due to the regulations that the club did not meet. The club where then relegated again in the 2006-07 season and they transferred to the Southern Football League one South & West. They were then relegated for the second time in two seasons but were let off due to the administration of Halifax Town.
It wasn't until the 2013-14 season that Slough Town gained promotion from the Southern Football League Division One Midlands and this was partly due to the manager change when they appointed Neil Baker and Jon Underwood. They spent a few years in the Premier Division until the 2017-18 season where they were promoted to the National League South after they defeated Kings Lynn 2-1 in the Play-Off final.
Slough Town currently sit in 10th place after an impressive 4-0 victory away against a struggling Taunton. The Tudors go into this fixture after a home draw against already relegated Dover Athletic.
