The History
AFC Totton, originally known as Totton Football Club, was formed in 1886. Originally playing their games at South Testwood Park. They then became founding members of the Hampshire F.A. when it was introduced the following year.
In 1975 the club amalgamated with Totton Athletic and became AFC Totton. The club were promoted to Division One when they finished as runners up in Division Two in the 1979-80 season.
The Stags most successful season for number of trophies won was the 1981-82 campaign when they won Hampshire League Division One for the first time, the Russell Cotes Cup, Hampshire Intermediate Cup, Southampton Senior Cup, Echo Trophy, and the Reg Mathieson Trophy. The following season saw the club make their debut in the FA Cup, getting to the fourth qualification round at their first attempt before being knocked out by Windsor & Eton.
In 2023-24 Totton were runners-up in the Premier Division South. In the following play-offs they defeated Bracknell Town 2–1 in the play-off semi-finals, before being beaten on penalties by Salisbury in the final. They were runners-up in the Premier Division South the following season, before going on to beat Dorchester Town 4-3 after extra time in the semi-finals and then Gloucester City 1-0 in the final to earn promotion to the National League South.

Jimmy Ball started his football career as a youth player at Exeter City and Southampton. He later went on to play senior football for BAT Sports.
Ball joined the Stags in March 2022 from (at the time) EFL League Two club Stevenage, where he was the Assistant Manager. Previous to this he was interim manager at Forest Green Rovers.

The Skipper: Scott Rendell
Striker Rendell joined the side in 2022, picking up the captain's armband during the 23/24 season. Rendell is quite the journeyman and has represented 17 different clubs in his 20+ years in the game.
Since being with the Stags Rendell has made over 150 appearances for the club and scored 88 goals.

Lee started his non‑league career at Eastleigh and first joined AFC Totton on loan in late 2015. Over the years he has had spells (loans or transfers) with clubs including Gosport Borough, Poole Town, Whitehawk, Cirencester Town, Weymouth, Wimborne Town, Havant & Waterlooville, Farnborough and others. He has a reputation as a prolific goalscorer in non‑league football. During the 2021-22 season with Poole Town, he scored 25 goals in 21 matches in the first half of the season before suffering a broken collarbone. After his return to Totton, he reached the milestone of 100 appearances for the club. In the 2024–25 season, he was instrumental in Totton’s campaign, scoring in their Boxing Day match vs Winchester City. On Totton’s National League South debut in August 2025, he scored a brace to help his side win 3-0.

Clarke is known for his pace, direct attacking style, ability to take defenders on, and strong work rate. He played grassroots football in Portsmouth in his youth before joining AFC Bournemouth in July 2021. At Bournemouth, he featured for their U18 and U21 squads. He first joined AFC Totton on loan in the 2023/24 season for the last half of that campaign. Then in August 2025, he rejoined Totton on a loan from Bournemouth. In their recent match vs Weston‑super‑Mare, he scored a brace to lead Totton to a 3‑1 victory.

Name: Hisham Kasimu

Kasimu is a centre- forward known for his pace, movement, and clinical finishing. He began his senior career at Brentwood Town before joining Team Solent, where he scored 62 goals in 57 appearances between 2017 and 2019. He then moved to Blackfield & Langley, and then to AFC Totton for his first spell at the club in 2020. During his time at Totton, he became a key player, scoring 31 goals in all competitions, including a decisive strike in the Southampton Senior Cup final. In May 2022, Kasimu signed for Farnborough, which was a step up to the National League South. His performances there caught the attention of League Two side Sutton United, where he signed in January 2023. After a short loan return to Farnborough and a one at Enfield Town, he rejoined AFC Totton in August 2025.
