Tudors Coach Peter Holmes joined us at Vauxhall Road as a player in the summer of 2012; he made 28 appearances in the 2012/13 season before joining Dean and Stuart’s coaching staff. Earlier this week he took the time to answer some questions for The Tudor.
In relation to achieving this seasons targets, Pete says: "Myself, Deano and Stuart have high standards. We want to win playing the right way and won't accept being mediocre. What’s the point otherwise? We can tick last season off as success but promotion was the minimum so we have achieved what we set out to do. This season we want to compete in the top six of this league and see where that takes us; we certainly won't be happy just making up the numbers. We have lots of ability in the squad but we have asked the team to add a little more game management to our play, in order to kill off games and not make it so end to end. For me that would be progression from a team point of view, adding this may help us to get were we want to be."
